A simple noodle bowl with toppings but it’s always just what I need. Very good, would definitely recommend to stop by if you’re really hungry. It is a rather small place so maximum group of 3, since you eat and leave. Best usually enjoyed alone or with a friend.

My hair dresser is on the next block so whenever I visit Japan, I try to stop by here for a quick meal after I get my hair done. Lunchtime means long queue so I avoid during the peak hours. Seamless operation where you purchase a ticket from the vending machine and wait to be directed to an empty seat. Not a place to linger so eat and leave. Make sure to order a side of soft boiled egg with your noodles!

Mi favoritooo!!! This is the first food chain I tried in Japan, and it became my favorite while there. The toppings are fresh, and the chili oil is delicious and muy perfecto. The line for the Shibuya one was quite long, but it's worth it! Don't forget to try the other toppings. Like yuzu that made it unique and refreshing combo. Thank me later

Was introduced to Abura Soba, a mazesoba (dry noodles) chain back when I returned from Tokyo during the pandemic. We came here back then and have then eaten at locations throughout Tokyo. It was really good to come back to where it all started. Service was fast and staff were as friendly as ever. There was a line as we came just as lunch started. Prices are reasonable, but really the noodles and various condiments just take this dish to a whole other level. Savoury and filling but you don't feel as heavy as you sometimes do after a ramen dish. We typically get a regular or dai (big) bowl plus an A or B extra. Highly recommend this chain if you've never had mazesoba before. If you have, you probably know about this place already. Don't forget to add some vinegar and their in-house chili oil before you mix up everything and eat!

Tokyo Abura Soba Shibuya branch We originally were around the area to see if we can catch the last table at Gyukatsu Motomura, only for them to be closed earlier due to selling out. Thankfully just off the corner is this Soba shop! We chose the regular and the spicy. Warning, it does have a bit of a kick, definitely can develop a sweat when taking the spicy one. It has a bit of a yuzu taste as well. We were not disappointed given you get a more than decent soba noodle for less than $10! Overall Kel rating: /5 The good: Even if there is a line up, it moves quick. Cheap meal. The decent: There is an English menu available! The ugly: Depending on the line up, it can be a wait.

Coming around 18:30 and the queue was not short, waited for almost 45 min The food is amazing, I especially love Aburasoba, the spicy flavour. The staff here is quite attentive, the chef realised I need an apron, and he asked the waitress to give me one! I love this Aburasoba brand so much. It is a must-have item when you come to visit Tokyo, highly recommended!

Small soba joint that serves up a tasty bowl of Abura soba, a dry bowl of soba with sauce and toppings. Some may call it masesoba (Taiwanese style). Soba is tender yet springy and slightly chewy. Very flavorful as the sauce and toppings coated each strand of the noodles. Be warned that there’s usually a line during dinner time. Also limited seating of about 10people at one sitting.

This place is quite odd to eat Ramen. You can eat the Ramen with oil sauce. You can choose the amount of Ramen with same price for three sizes. Also, the variation is spicy and oily. I would say like Oil pasta with more salty and strong. If you are sick and tired of same Ramen style, this place is worth to visit. Gyoza isn't good.
